“ERA Balkan Estate” is a real estate agency established in April 2004 in Veliko Tarnovo city. For the period of its existence the company develops dynamically and makes headway, so that today we have more than 2000 offers in the hottest points in Bulgaria for investment in real estates. Our database includes as residential real estates /houses and apartments/ as real estates in resorts, different plots and business properties. The focus of our proposals is in Central North Bulgaria- the region of Veliko Tarnovo and Gabrovo areas. Since 05.04.2007 “Balkan Estate” joined ERA Bulgaria network as a partner and today is one of the most successful ERA agencies in Bulgaria.

We also had the award “ERA Agency for 2009” for excellent results and achievements. It is an award that is very important for us especially with a view to the difficult for business 2009.
